I found this website by chance and would like to share with others. Please enter "Cambridge IELTS 8 or 9 pdf" and google it, you will get bunch of results, scroll down and find a hyperlink named "www.4shared.com", you can get what you what. You don't have to download the whole pdf file, you can just "view the document" after clicking on the hyperlink. Good luck.
