Responsible for the daily maintenance of the pawn store; including providing superb customer service and promoting the business of 107 Loan Centre.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining professionalism at all times when representing 107 Loan Centre.
• Promoting the business by developing professional relationships with clients, promoting marketing material.
• Partner with coworkers to create positive and memorable customer experience
• Greet and interact with customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Assist customers with buying decisions Have a basic understanding of product values, loan terms, interest and collateral
• Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions
• General store duties and other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail in order to analyze data
• Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
• Outstanding salesmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Completion of High School Diploma
Working Hours :
Mon-Fri: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Sat: 10:00am - 6:00pm
SALARY : Starting $12.50/hour – $15.00/hour (depending on experience and commitment)
Position available : Full-time and Part-time
