Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects : ~+ Z3 M3 w6 x3 C9 s8 }8 p
of Course Pack production.6 _# u; K: K7 ^" J5 ?, m/ ]

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: S0 e0 x$ e: H4 l; u/ C
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 8 M" \3 @4 T. `: r9 s: I
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing." y. U; r% [8 C U
" s2 ^2 V4 J$ E: H2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
& {1 B" V6 B& n/ _1 S5 O& hprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting." R9 u7 p+ Z& X& k8 ]) G7 B. G
" N! ~ H9 {7 E) {7 y f3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
& F! p9 o- S; L7 j$ |5 vcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
+ F0 a j6 Y" e; B7 h$ dkeeping appropriate and accurate records.0 X# Y" J' i# T7 W) U7 I

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
