Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects : O. X' G8 }! w1 l* ?8 s% M
of Course Pack production.& `2 T% ]& w% y8 I

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) y! [: d( B! @) w' P1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning - e, n$ @+ {; I6 x' \, J1 P
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

) G' a5 z. i% T; h: r; p2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 2 g! E) X0 D+ y2 q6 K
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.* R, m3 h: W" ]% k" h# o

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of " \8 T' W( I, y% C+ [* G5 |
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
3 s. k) s6 O3 Nkeeping appropriate and accurate records.9 P N' w. Z: c, a% c

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
& }, o' H# g- j# P# S, `failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( Y4 y4 r! \& \7 D+ r* L
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication * D* G' R- M, j1 E& T0 k
skills.2 D: V- H6 t' Z

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.1 U+ ^1 i6 ]" }8 o+ F5 ~
0 c+ x1 U+ ~, q# h/ _+ K4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
