Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
" P5 B3 x- O0 p2 R0 Fof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
u8 G/ g, b. q! K1 X% E1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 Y9 u6 r4 w C- yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing./ @% ?+ Q" P9 M% B
0 L# f0 c% R- ]
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
1 D, z1 |" Z4 ~: Fprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
$ n0 \. M5 \: F5 o7 G, _2 X8 s# M8 f' \! y, A1 C! Z
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
8 a8 `5 V5 X. j) | n3 `& [course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ' u2 I) O2 F9 L" z8 O5 {8 ^
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

* a$ E8 ^( [: m* l9 G# B2 p; Q. ^4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment * `3 s9 X& {1 M) g# p
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, # I+ N7 a- ?! Z. l0 S: j! ]

QUALIFICATIONS:
; `( Q, k8 z8 H9 E5 l1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent., N, C. p. T1 B' Q7 T
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
T+ X/ ^! r) B) @" B5 L, Yskills.6 o3 I- O. L% g! r- x
% a# w9 h' _' i* Z( m3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.8 Y0 h7 U, t+ S9 b, n9 t
3 j0 A# G0 v1 s' {3 P" _4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.; W' Q2 b4 i& }* Y$ q$ A

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
