JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 7 L* B5 Z2 \; l) P ?! q
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
6 m9 O& ]! Y2 f% U9 f! JSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
* ^8 {4 K I. d; k, c! n# Wof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 ]! ~& c' t2 G% ?% k z* J, H1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 N; S; ?6 ?2 f& d1 F3 l( |
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
7 @; R. a; D( z+ G7 W) ~+ I$ G* m' u
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ! I. c+ G1 C; ?% I$ K8 L2 b
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.6 i5 l- y. V! S% p: y
5 f! @# x' V& ^9 P- `3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
6 G# v9 E- R3 j0 R! T& acourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
4 G7 }3 ~7 i7 M# P9 z4 bkeeping appropriate and accurate records.6 f, k S: [* m/ b/ N

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment $ ?: \2 W: u# O5 m& m0 @+ f3 p
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, , \6 U: D0 |5 _: n/ n+ L$ v
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.( }0 T* I7 |. M; K* \# j

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
