JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- % D6 }' A& e- x) _* ]
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical . s5 ~& P) p8 p5 X9 I3 e
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
# }2 f! J5 A' k! x: }! nof Course Pack production.) B5 ` [9 l) W
1 c* W1 A- p0 u8 XDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! z" X8 h9 ?5 E* k& X
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning : y7 l9 t, L9 f4 u) `( [9 G
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.) j2 n6 R8 ?# B0 k2 F) y5 `
0 y" {1 E) U x& {6 N/ ^- x. L- [
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including - X+ i+ _# T9 m0 b7 k
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

I2 X1 z/ h5 S3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
5 ?$ Z9 Y, H" D. Tcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
3 Y3 U l/ C1 A2 x: t) jkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.; n/ N" |+ y% w; ~0 i* E
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication * V ?' J' u8 [4 J |1 Y

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
