SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
( { ~! t$ r8 V: z$ ]+ i' zSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ( k9 p1 s- ?% T9 a1 r7 e
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, G+ R- l- f5 }, S1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
8 Y# P/ a; i4 r0 [ N! bof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
4 z$ Y" i! `+ c% v* \& p/ O+ d% u N: v; M
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including - f, e2 u Q' E" g% j
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.# f1 }: @' l% u+ ^9 w8 A
1 |0 S# g* _2 F3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
9 \% _4 F, i, c- scourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and & h, F* _, i( n. z: U$ u i: n8 {3 e
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
' G% C$ m: ]2 o+ J1 zfailures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.4 G8 }5 s* l2 e1 X0 X6 c$ H8 G

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
