同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？

1 r9 I* v, m* ?2 e$ Z$ F0 L" A价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
3 ]4 b( B  P# i所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。
这就是经济规律。

觉得最近不好卖，但是房是不会大跌的，稳定下来就好了。
