The closing day is for the seller, and the pocession day is for the buyer.
But they should be the same day in a contract. Normally, on that day, your lawyer will check
) l# m+ p, L2 k1 D3 H, Uthe money. If the money has been transferred from buyer's lawyer trust account to seller's
lawyer trust account, the seller's lawyer will phone the seller's realor to release the key.
