Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will( ^* H, S) T) ^; n* ^& W
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
- k6 G0 ~. C% ^% K& H1 q vregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.
& ~/ k% t& u( s S7 |% j. k( z9 g. Y
The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from$ M8 Y# x- z3 |2 Y- T2 _: Z
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed6 n0 o; s1 g3 x5 _. n( C
a big reduction in h.air loss.* g# y# m7 E8 W8 |9 z7 O$ S
+ u! U/ Y( d2 r8 v7 lIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.
