' Z( E" E$ X! S+ Q5 Y, UPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
. ?3 o$ L1 T; z, `- }# a8 menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& u5 b0 t4 a" X4 q6 VPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- b0 n/ C* |) R" |+ K8 mintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
