b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* n$ L1 z+ H+ b; {enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. S' u9 M8 P: n0 g6 oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 X6 D9 G3 |0 {2 H/ X% p: h! S(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
