a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

& }" _  ^6 L; |( m# x$ a- B/ Ld) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

0 p' p' s4 t- j, p2 @# EPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
% ]% O3 L8 W6 u- I) x/ H8 y% k1 Oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% k, W3 j4 d8 h1 }1 O6 [9 ?integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
# [+ D4 s9 E5 D+ Z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
* K3 ~4 `- Z( u4 q9 [% K(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" H5 f: T* {0 I" }& _(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
