c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

9 y# y- o; s3 p9 r' s% sPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* Q( V) D5 S$ B: V7 O+ o$ K# Zand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 F' M3 F/ R6 xPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
4 g" q/ k( I/ ]: mintegrated system/circuit design.

7 m. _" P; z# K3 H4 z6 m) KThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: Q2 K, x  S+ B! b' [5 o(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 v, ?( J$ r! p7 [2 a. I1 d(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
