a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

: o# G! U) A' d' T8 kPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 S- w6 o& Y$ W6 R6 d% _3 Senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

" {( p" h) P  `0 t9 hThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 r" p% r! U5 z, H( k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  B8 n1 ^- H% U(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
& R( j4 y7 |& w, T(e) A good team work player.
