8 d% M0 f6 L6 C/ Z; ^, G5 ~% C1 JJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

( K; E- {# L- u& p
4 h' |+ H. i; E+ Z; x/ \9 E DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

- _8 h( O) J0 n' Q) \1 c' V4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

  B8 N$ c7 ~, V3 H  G
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
+ K2 C' R( w" _
2) Cashier experience.
% h) @  \- ~" ]% h& q! E2 R
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
; u, ~5 b% F+ T7 F5 m# a
: l" ?, I$ U$ Q/ }! f9 j4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

( g4 G! r7 F% m0 T5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
