JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

4 v5 J' R( S" i' C1 ^: d+ q1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
; M6 u# f" c# N% J9 |* S
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

" g, Z0 g2 u1 R" M% K5 x: l7 U4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

. X7 N7 q2 ^9 Q( I. s6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

0 S$ B: e' ^+ ?6 Q* j( f1 [
5 I+ R9 V( U6 M% z' Z; e; S1 q) C1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
; x3 s; w, a+ s. O' b+ N
2) Cashier experience.

- ?) T: N! F( J2 H* S1 N9 q% `3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
