there currently is a new java devleoper position avaiable in IBM calgary for maintaining existing system potentially on new projects.
the position is a contract position for 3 to 6 month with good potential to extend it.

here's the short description of the position.
* e& y6 i; A; O) T4 s1 U0 QWork as part of the IBM team supporting our customer. Must be on site. There is no travel money available. 2 to 3 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, XML and DB2.
Nice to have exposure to Main Frame and any financial system
3 Q, P1 t; E7 hMust be really good in communication within the team and with customer.
if having experience of level 1/2 support, great.

' |9 s  @% k; T( Gthe key word would be java/j2ee/jsp/struts/commication skill/customer facing/team work/problem solving/troubleshooting/....it's a maintenance position at this time, but have potential working on projects.
