I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.9 S9 j- n0 S$ K- L: A

I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.8 ^; j e0 G/ X5 D2 S5 m) M

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price. ; R6 C+ ~/ u. S4 X9 F
