请教股票交易的费用问题

在网上看了一阵，还是不太明白。好像有两个费用，一个transaction fee per trade，还有Commission fee？是不是我理解错误？还请高手顺便指点一个Broker公司，我只是想开户练练，交易量每月肯定不超过30次。多谢多谢！
