的是一份执着，要的是你的参与，盼望的是你的捧场。

节目的内容不限，可以是独唱、合唱、舞蹈、相声、小品、话剧，或是一些才# A9 t" c/ D0 l4 d6 R( C

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University+ n) E- R S5 M! j O
of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the' |- S* H: e: n' C
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
* P+ t' s, g: |4 u' C% m cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
& n0 p1 N1 i* W/ S9 H customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
5 U$ Q+ G/ v- O, K. @9 Z this broad land.- h( A$ M" D# q) ~! `) Q1 j- g
1 ]. y7 k9 a U2 d" g+ F- iWe encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to5 Y# P a: I {( g! ]4 b4 I
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
% g( X4 o6 B3 J) D0 S6 }4 G2 C$ s talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
2 P9 P$ H! o$ p0 c, B! d performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
2 P: r% o6 Y, T: x H6 y' L ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in- [$ N H' X% ~4 Y
Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a; y) I6 [6 a8 H _( Y v( b
lot of fun, like what we did before.

As far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs4 X: @, Y. ^7 _) g! E
sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),& @1 B6 T& E( `8 g* h5 G
stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
5 E _2 s# I/ ^3 [" s% X, v performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your l+ |/ F$ G. w) M$ Y/ x
program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
5 \' X8 N g# B R7 x comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since% e( n5 c: Y* V4 |( h* p5 ^5 L4 C
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.: p8 b$ X3 o, x9 P5 N) F0 ?& r# R
6 H1 X( M0 u3 W" lMeanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
( J6 S: j" p- U% g$ N% D4 N on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system8 r% g- l& A: b
control.
