Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
# ]2 y( z2 U$ Aand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.

That unit worths $160,000 this month.
7 p5 G' {, x; U2 H2 {+ cDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
