Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
0 D& l+ I9 W. w9 f& oand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
0 {) V. `. X* G. z' |2 k% tAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
0 Y" a3 C% ]3 ]- X7 NThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
