ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the

technology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will8 |7 G7 M" e0 U- g- k
obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a4 _7 z' h6 `, F4 Z
related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
9 Y+ J8 H. I2 ~9 a; Zfrom bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
) Y7 K, c7 g1 Y4 `/ mrequired. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA: F0 s) p# ]* f! [& `
cloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
W) L0 v: Q, R; Z3 _( p2 Wover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
6 s" D1 v! ~# C1 W7 n( G$ gis a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
2 Z1 c, c+ P, gthe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping; ]; b+ g/ b; g, @4 W& u) F
accurate and complete research records. 7 O1 j1 e' A7 B# n" t

This position is conditional to a successful application of external6 n2 _3 K$ l& t
funding, such as the Alberta Ingenuity Fund R&D Associate. Anticipated5 y' f; |# C' x5 Z( S7 G
salary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
