/ U# N1 Z2 D \Interview 1: by manager and technical leader- i9 o1 G9 h3 s7 r" D. {: f' p9 i* r
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.3 C1 i, U8 d4 c* [1 ~# K
-Other questions:* K! t/ x3 P7 Z4 x- n9 k* T
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

0 S# l6 }3 {0 fOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

* |, C* b8 C. E# i: U0 hHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

`. A. C! [: w' I5 j6 I. D4 q: ZHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.8 p: q( |+ d! `( {9 K
$ N/ a8 J# u/ N$ a COne hour later, I got a reject email!
