% f4 R- u- j6 V% k7 mBS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader" d$ m" c9 H' l2 M
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
& R- c8 E" P0 G$ x-Other questions:
6 f/ c' d: F$ [8 t0 `% l8 i4 {4 `Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).3 k' U. R2 g3 r& b5 z4 Y

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

y7 T* T% `* Q$ sThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.- Q+ C! r8 P- \& k5 E* ~
( A( D- D$ H! d9 C; t' \One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

2 ]( ^3 {) `1 aHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.& S0 p0 p$ p+ b8 ~# W

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

1 M' p" G+ K- L) fHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
