Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
5 O% Y5 |& V' `: U p-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.3 ]/ u7 X: k9 B" ?; u

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Y8 m% H. k; m3 c2 s" i( DFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.: ?; R6 k F! t' ?6 K

3 a- R4 g3 l( nThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.; l9 X& _! Z% k5 @5 V& f5 L' l( r
& M3 c9 q1 f* g) j) W( L$ ~# c+ c( M
One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

7 m2 _! `6 P" p. O5 YHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).4 |/ I9 p. M7 T' _

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
