•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
5 V+ w, I6 f( l) k•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
* @$ }# g0 m8 P' f•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
1 i' ^: t6 l5 T3 p5 Y+ e9 u•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
5 ^; M8 A' z( A0 `  e( P2 N•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

) U" m9 y, I. `/ I& M% l( R•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
# x( X5 F7 Q! R•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
  L5 g; A8 j+ k•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
4 T# W' O7 L  c7 h+ V) j( d) @•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
