# `. L5 f3 Z5 A•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
& s4 j8 r2 Q8 }; X1 T/ b* N# c•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
  ?$ y/ F1 l: P' Q+ c•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
' V! x) ]1 {0 o( R( s•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
; q* x1 v0 W( w3 X9 h2 M' i8 o•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
0 j8 |8 x* u8 `/ K•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
- x3 V4 o5 G" g# W•        Manage personal backlog of projects
