- f) y% z8 h2 j1 z8 T) Q1 n# _* A•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
6 c6 W  t1 _/ y- [( F7 }•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
( T$ Y% ?9 {" Z3 O; @•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
' d( w( ~3 j3 e2 T! t. t! u•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

4 ^( p/ A6 ]( V$ m6 r•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
' Y- h* U# D7 I1 B) v% z) D•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
