. o, D$ t: O5 p$ N7 kplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 2 j6 S/ G6 m, I Z
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.7 X0 x' V, M9 p* L1 i
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.# y4 ~! v- f* U; J$ h2 {
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
