shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
! z+ r* x+ b) Hplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. - q; `$ C" |% v1 ?6 F- p
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
$ [0 ]: _8 O7 T: v1 f: hthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
