a friend bought a house last year at 410,000, size is 1540 something.

5 p# h% H. f1 n5 H4 c) w2. Market price for the house now is 380,000 or even 360,000 in some other area.
9 P- M5 a# U. e2 ^: K% ?3 w
what are you going to do if this is you.
a. cancel the order and lose 31000?
b. continue to build the houes?

现在只能咬牙挺啦，应该还一部分利息了吧。否则破产，更难受。年底损失实在大的话，再决定

既然自住，再说跌的也没有比3万多很多，不到10%也不算大亏。何必毁约呢？
