EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。* P3 r0 G8 W- t' \

Description:
9 h6 r) W# y0 JThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for
% q- h0 O/ i1 K( Ubecoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.; q# u9 Y% `3 _" Q/ P3 a8 ` g) T5 a
' w9 F( s# m1 uTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
( O5 U3 X1 G1 A+ e0 H9 jof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
# I! i( i6 I( v. ]6 g Hcertified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
