D) d+ U& u/ S7 G: Z- arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
2 g8 e; G; M9 L7 E- has taken an English language assessment test?
4 t) p% b5 i, f* O/ _- scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

2 j, @8 u3 d6 Q6 T: v* i1 h7 yMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component. It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.# D m% n+ s" ?* ]9 s- z+ m) h0 i

Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
