- scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component. It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.* x/ o; T! w1 Z: a1 ~, C

Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.

* S9 V7 \* `" i1 l; mInformation about community agencies and services.
/ A" [# E1 @$ OInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.) R/ x9 `: A6 X2 M" W6 g
