/ [. q/ }; D5 ]4 ?6 lWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
! R0 s! b* A% O% Y/ ]Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
5 l1 I+ h8 n7 [" ]; v9 WWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
  G: u; C' k# F6 sEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
% m, D* r' N) c: U1 U5 WDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
, R3 }- F( v& k" E3 y5 S3 NTwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
, D3 a4 z" w3 t" I5 `. c" m% s0 MRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
