4 J1 O# ?' L0 j% H' hWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
; E h& A( ~ k, xProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support* j; }+ A A- X! X; B; E
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff. k2 I: W+ J4 _, h8 V
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System/ U8 B; |6 _" \& `( V
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP

Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
$ D" n: e3 [7 m. M- s* fMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
