# k( J0 g) g7 q# u3 h7 C. p1 SWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
) r: W; r, L; s/ b0 P- i4 r7 PWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
0 g& O) C" X" L  W0 EEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
3 B" y6 j% I! Z9 C8 r( nDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
; h- s- j5 o+ ?Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
6 N8 `2 V2 G8 A' m2 G  r7 V# M* y9 d' SStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
