$ g% f* U6 `2 K( X$ BThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

  m, V. q* t, d& V, t1 E: ]Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

' t; ^9 V3 F' s" Z. V= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
  F- P$ I# J, Z+ oThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
! [  Z4 v5 z0 X$ q; m- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

' Z" W' Q2 b2 k( o- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

  J) ], H( D" `1 a/ ~" Y- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

2 ?4 S% _3 |5 W8 @9 o9 hAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
