朋友们有在12月10号左右续签的吗？？？我温哥华的朋友12月7号寄出去的，已经签下来了，我还没下来

u can phone 1-888-242-2100, talk to person to know u visa status or check on internet of immigration Canada, use client ID to ckeck. It usually takes at least one month to complete. Normally it takes 2 months.
Another possible reason is that u forgot to change u address. So u can not receive it.
