只要你有房东的地址， 请做一个title search， should be at any registry office.  There is a small fee of 10 or $20, I am not sure.

我现在只知道他的名字和手机和他所投资的CONDON的地址(就是我原来住的公寓), 昨天拿着法院的起诉书去了registry, 他们按照起诉书上的名字没有查到任何信息.

sue the management company who is acting as an agency on behalf of the owner if he owns the whole building.  上了法庭他们自然会提供信息了。 向他这样的人不会直接和tenant打交道的。

if it is a condo, the owner should be a condominium board, no individual name appears on the title.
