* F: o+ Q! c# @2 B" C  f0 }' oFCSSAA is looking for an A.A. to support the provincial Board, Executive Director & Project Coordinator. The duties of this position include:
* K( O  Z2 z& y  {. ^. X
/ ~2 ~  p, r1 {& b  r$ p- receptionist tasks such as answering telephones/responding to e-mails; general administrative support to the Board, Executive Director & Project Coordinator; preparing cheques, maintaining financial records, accurate filing system & ensuring that all filing is up to date; liaising with FCSSAA Member programs & Associate members, government, non-government partners & the public.

The successful candidate will have: a college diploma in office administration with a minimum of two years related office experience OR administrative training/courses and equivalent office experience. Excellent proficiency with the MS Office Suite, Adobe, e-mail/internet is essential. PLUS: exceptional organizational skills, strong written & verbal communication skills, the ability to work with little supervision, and a sense of humour.
