本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

  E, Z; ?1 ^1 w. i我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

0 l1 b- E; A5 l因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

3 A0 j5 C- O* a请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

9 w1 g, Q7 s% `7 g我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
