Amity House Centre is a Community Drop In & Family Resource Centre, providing  community services for 35 years. We seek staff for the following positions:

5 d: }5 o- \( X7 X1 U1 {  q- Q& I(A) Preschool teacher for Teaching Tots, Early Intervention Preschool Prog. Must have Level 3 or equivalent. Duties: implement an enriched preschool program for 0-5 year olds; assist with planning, work directly with the children,  administer screening tools, assist the Family Support Worker to provide appropriate resources to families & liaise with other organizations/agencies as needed. Must be sensitive to issues facing low income & immigrant/refugee families. Competitive salary.

(B) Volunteer Co-coordinator: Education or experience in volunteer management. Duties: manage our volunteer program. Recruit, interview, screen, train/supervise volunteers. Network with other agencies. Promote Amity House to the greater community. Manage all volunteer records. Attend community events. 25 hours per week, must be flexible. Competitive salary.

; u. {$ [  @7 z+ J& B+ |, q(C) Preschool Assistant: Exp. working with preschoolers. Duties: provide support to the preschool teacher in Teaching Tots, Early Intervention Preschool program. Work with children in the program, implementing activities planned by teacher. Providing supervision to children. 20-24 hrs/week. Competitive salary.

- ]1 u) _4 O1 N% M  y; I3 ?$ I(D) Collective Kitchens Facilitator: approximately 25 hours/month. Duties: implement Collective Kitchens program, facilitating the planning, shopping and preparation. Must have experience with low income populations. Must have food safety training or willingness to obtain it.
