- w c5 y+ f* o% cRecognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.

Qualifications: a diploma in office administration combined with some work experience. Additional administrative experience will be considered in lieu of formal post secondary education. 8 x: B8 T: Y1 s, F+ \+ J

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience with a variety of software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. In addition good oral, written, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work within a team setting are required.
