Position Title: Administrator

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

; y7 a% q& J YAccounting and Admin:3 X" ^: @1 B) V" x( y
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
& V" J V4 ~4 Q0 B' Wo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
3 p R0 \1 u, E; So Receive P.O.s in Glovia. r& ~" P0 A: l, n: X
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
3 T' D/ L. v, p9 [( p6 W8 qo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.* D$ ]4 R6 z' F/ A9 m" |3 _
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' S( ]8 c7 _2 l3 C
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.. W+ x; v4 C' [8 R) X; ~$ W
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.% L: E6 s2 p/ u( L
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

7 b+ k8 t; z: I& G# H4 A# S* ao Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
2 z8 N9 F# P& z! o; A4 Co Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).4 N- h% [* q0 D/ C% \* X W# c/ c
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.$ H/ H% k, \ E& }: F* o5 @
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.
- U) i8 e. {; l$ P( _2 M4 B A8 ~* ko Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.4 l, G z- @9 h* y+ N8 ~! B
o Hotel and travel bookings.
% x3 L; |, G$ W4 v6 eo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
/ z" R+ h6 l8 ~ i! N; J7 Ko Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
