2 a) y. D( i# G( j/ M* U We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
6 Y9 E3 V5 U/ Q% A•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
5 J4 ]" V2 |5 k& M1 b1 `•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;

6 S! g4 b0 x/ B3 C3 y•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
1 P( c7 ~: z) J/ H•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
8 D, Z+ m3 c& ~7 t•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
