4 |) S3 d4 C  t+ E We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
: z" O' A/ m, W8 A( u( Q
Duties:
! H% L3 b: }9 w•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
$ S. J( i; E: e. Y  k5 J9 q% m•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
  s- h0 O9 }6 R8 w) ]" b* G- o% x5 @! i•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
, z4 c. B& l+ N* B, l•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
$ ^1 Y  _6 ?2 J, j•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
, M3 [0 u8 V5 W' z; ^" g. e0 J•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
$ G9 g' C+ t# y; \7 h•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
( a6 i$ ^4 U( ]7 t•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
