! t2 W! _7 [5 x& _  ^+ w6 D* ? We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
) b, Y' Z+ V- r6 o9 m1 a, |7 }6 V* _
3 l) i- \! b  o% D0 I1 [0 }Duties:
. d- p, ^8 {* V. k* ]•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
$ k8 A: _" }9 l4 b8 Q4 q•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
1 C$ S$ k% b( D1 m' p; p& s  H•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
7 F* z0 f" H8 F3 C•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
