You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. : D- d* S+ P) B2 R H3 \1 P9 _9 n

Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
