Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
* g& t  K/ I5 X" }+ X4. Coolant flush 139.95
( w! F4 z" J1 ?1 d: ^! x5. Major Emission service        174.95
9 G" i" J' a2 z# _7 @" N6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

" O. O7 L3 }0 Z* n- oDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
