DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment. 1 ~/ N7 ]7 `: l* R! g# e3 H( h
# s& i5 _0 L8 a2 u N9 JAbstract: (2) unique/new employment opportunities in the Transitions Program. As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports. + ^8 g* u0 c. The ideal candidate has a background working with people with disabilities & has the ability to actively market/place clients in the current local labour market.
