Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
8 U9 I, J. {- d) E# D5 D% V
, r- [1 A, D: [+ Y) @' EThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
3 h; G! I6 W; Z( r+ l- d8 dThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw : E+ i: N; r0 t5 g0 d9 X: a2 L
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act 8 `! v/ q/ f3 _$ [3 p
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club 5 @8 e% P t3 p) m5 j4 a6 [3 n
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
