Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
" {3 n+ F1 ~4 I y* ^: g2 N+ h0 n& ?# l
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw $ {1 n* L" N& v4 e* D' J( [+ D
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
9 l2 I& ?- @( A% j, VThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
- l- y1 Z- m1 k) @4 B9 FCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
( B5 I% _! i" e$ I3 ^8 g [Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
