1 X& B% m% l; SThe City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
" f% Z* K, ?/ \9 C& ?! H0 ]+ A1 g/ y+ ^7 N
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
4 g! h9 ]4 Q. p8 f1 KThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw ' Q0 H& I- k/ z& Z# g8 ]
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act 5 z0 [5 R$ _* K& I3 W
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
