折腾 in Hu"s speech has a strong connotation that such kindofsetback is self-seeking instead of being due to theinterferencefrom outside.8 L# N* ?2 U7 W8 p3 [
, k2 o: }; T% j5 W2 f “Setback” is a much better word than “trouble”, whichanunseasoned translator would like to use in the firstinstance.“Setback” especially refers to the obstacle ordifficultyencountered in achieving a strategic goal. |
