如果撞车造成给对方的损失超过了一千快。

对方说必须要去警察局要张NOTICE才能在BODYSHOP修车。。。

想问的问题是。。。

1 L, B+ j1 i( h! P$ Q, A. ^7 b1)如果对方去警察局要修车NOTICE的时候，警察会不会通知我的保险公司？（因为我们想私了）

2)因为错在我方，他通知警察局后警察是否再会给我一张不遵守交通的TICKET.

3)万一警察通知了保险公司，但我们都认可私了，不用保险公司出一分钱，我的保费还会再涨吗？

不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

不是高手，根据自己去警察局的经验，那次我的车被撞报废了。

警方不会通知你都保险公司，需要自己或者对方通知。
我觉得警察给你开罚单都可能性比较小。
我上次被撞，我们去了警察局，对方那个人带都保险都过期了，也没有收到罚单呀？

2有可能，前几天有个帖子的人自己违规u turn，然后撞了，去警察做报告的时候，给了他一张罚单。
% j; W; r. D8 ?- I; f: ^3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

写报告的时候肯定说我是责任方，和违规方。所以要看那时候警察心情好不好了。。。

另外如果我的车没有损失1000块，我需要和她一起去警察局写报告拿NOTICE吗？
听对方的语气好像是说我不需要和她一起去。。。

6 d, j6 W1 }* w  [; ?你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。

of business that they will do anything for you, even fill in the

to go, then police will phone you to come in.

it will be on your driving record for three years plus demerit points as well.

need any info from the other driver.
you need to bring your vehicle registration, insurance and
your operator licence.
you can go the nearest police station to your home.
) W, i- Y( G/ k* |7 ?but preferably if you know which police station the other driver went
to, then you go to the same one. that will make the police work
more smoothly.
