请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

7 |% `4 r! ^' s前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

$ r; N4 }8 O) b' D) P# [( N7 C' ]1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.
once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.

road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.

请问楼上的， 分数要是被扣，那个分是保留1年还是2年？
