Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

The price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

* Q# Q+ o9 v, _* V+ a1 pI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.
