Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

The price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

9 t& E9 i! M3 N! p$ B0 B9 hI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

# @% r% @9 q" \2 }+ I. V" [6 y1 N现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
