Position: Office Administrator / Terms: a part time (10 hours/week) Salary: competitive & commensurate with experience / Closing Date: Mar 07/2009.

Requirements: proficiency with dBase management, spreadsheet, accounting & word processing applications. Tasks include entering/reconciling financial information using Simply Accounting, processing payroll and other payments, preparing Sunday bulletins, handling facility bookings and key distribution and attending monthly (evening) Board meetings.

6 c! r$ x% b+ `As the public face of the congregation, the position requires superior oral/written communication skills. With access to confidential material, the successful candidate will require a police reference check. The hours of work are flexible but should happen at a regular time during the week to provide access and consultation for Westwood members and friends.
