2007年度漏报学生贷款利息，我可以2008年报吗？

2007年度报税，没有申报2007年所付学生贷款利息。请教：我可以将2007年所付利息加上2008年所付利息，填在2008年度税表319行（schedule 1）吗？

According to the guide, you can claim an amount for the interest you paid on that loan in 2008 and /or the preceding five years.

a similar provincial or territorial government laws for post-secondary education.
" X4 y2 \" g* z  E; l* {2 X8 qOnly you can claim most of the interest paid on your student loans even though someone related to you may have paid it. Do not claim interest that you have already claimed. Amounts that you do not claim this year can be carried forward to any of the next five years.

You cannot claim interest paid on any other kind of loan, such as:

% ^; A: P4 t9 A. @( n0 sa personal loan or a line of credit;
a student loan that has been combined with another kind of loan; or
0 y3 [$ G+ Z1 j4 c0 ua student loan received from another country.
In addition, you cannot claim interest paid in respect of a judgment obtained after you failed to pay back a student loan.

Receipts - If you are filing a paper tax return, include your receipts for the amounts you claim in 2008. If you are filing electronically, keep them in case we ask to see them.

2007 年所付利息， 2007年度报税漏掉了，应该今年报也没有问题吧。我理解是：如果我预测我明后年的收入会很高，甚至可以把现在所付的利息现在不报，等到明后年再报也可以。这个理解对吧？

我的理解是，07年的必须07年报，除非你07年所有的抵税都用上完了，没得抵税了，你才可以转到下一年。
& |& t: k0 S2 T, a! K- Y而不是因为你今年收入低就不高，放到下一年高收入低，那样你不是占了政府便宜，政府岂会容你这样占便宜。

反正加拿大，自己爱怎么报税， 爱用什么来抵税， 是自己的事。 有机会每年都报销，说不准每年都可以退税。 问题是如果遇上税务局几年后审查， 顶多退回去， 加上利息与罚款。 钱多好办事嘛。

什么东西不管自己认为合理或否， 只要可以说得过去，开销抵税是为了将来赚取更多的收入， 政府一般都乐意听阁下的解说， 但保留纪录是最重要的。
