Position: Community Rehabilitation Outreach Coordinator / Wage: $19.20 -24.08 Hr. 35 hours week / Terms: Permanent Full Time / Closing Date: Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.

5 U& p; A. ~0 h7 \* m2 ^Abstract: the position provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counseling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness.

' W' j4 o4 v9 \  A9 d2 k4 t9 [Required: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
