Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

$ @; v1 M0 c+ f" O' L8 N; rWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

/ K; ~1 c3 H( P$ RSkill/Education/Experience required:
1 ?) G2 q- b# F' `$ W- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
1 k: R$ _/ y% a, h" K; l, e- Paying attention to details;
% N+ f. \. x+ _! R7 B- Good time management and organizational skills required;
) u7 q7 _: @/ i& v1 Z- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
, F* I2 L3 x7 j; z& y- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
) U3 t2 ]( }# f- H- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
