- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program 2 f6 D/ P- p9 V5 w9 K/ i
(ages 6 to 15)
6 w% _. D0 X# Y- Recruit children for summer programs

- Record keeping
X& M* n% T f) y" h: m% Y- Provide orientation for parents6 P) y' c" g- V6 z4 O: ~
- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency
- r7 y/ g3 [6 x1 o/ Y$ |' V- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager$ V8 l- f6 s& [3 N) P: Q

Qualifications:7 J, ?. O! `2 Q: G E% a
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education+ T1 [, z+ ~ Y
- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
/ I7 x' |; A4 b+ N- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills- V% s' u# J7 H* ]+ E! m2 W, ^% i
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities- \9 x/ t/ L0 K9 q% `9 J( g
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese Z4 W D& m6 D7 c9 H2 A
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
) `! H1 \0 p( i# C- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision) I9 P- @/ O2 |/ Q, o; L+ P3 d
- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning)
