2 ^7 K6 d5 l8 d) y: y- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the ! h9 I( a0 ^. { @ M
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
; ?! Y) V( h6 H' G- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program5 Z+ M$ i. e1 \* U5 W8 X0 ?, i
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
f; z4 K0 K0 `8 d5 v! v2 _- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

2 W' g1 O2 M; q& r* fQualifications:
) U8 q, g+ W% ]& F# a% Y- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
- @: J2 j5 K& R$ o- R Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
, o4 ?# v9 W/ Z- c3 y- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children& ~2 Z8 v f" U& y) [. t V
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills& `# w. E# k3 e$ g+ m
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities3 v/ }; j4 v: I' `) A. d
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
! W3 H: v2 U T- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
! H% x1 n- ]( L+ a! n' S- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense; U. F9 D l& i

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning) + C) ~* h) W: a$ B% l) C2 Y
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)$ i( b5 M; S# J7 C/ o! ^ o
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009, m K6 O0 V* N8 x7 s* x$ {

- $14.00 per hour
