- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the % d. {3 d/ H' |* `) o/ W
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps" k' d# ?4 v- s
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program9 \0 Z- s7 o9 j! }# r
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
: l) P4 H7 w- k/ a# d- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

Qualifications:
' l7 g" I' Z4 V1 H9 q- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
2 s Y3 [+ `+ n! O Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
! F, J. B9 Q, z3 q% |, E- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
7 ~) z v0 r# ~- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills; {* O3 w- l1 m* G# r
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities: }' u6 [! _2 O. P' U' F; {. |
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
. y# A+ a) x, p! @- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities9 T4 K2 V- T) z$ E% }
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning) " E K) Q4 O3 F
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)% k3 q( p% i9 e# v, e. @
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
