Responsibilities:
* b, p4 V" ~$ n, X) p  R-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
5 a! }% |  q: ~6 Z# x5 B-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

9 m4 o: F2 I: n9 G- y% g- pQualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
9 w- |. P! Q' [' N% x: @-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
: m1 |8 P' z  Q9 k3 N-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
: x9 c- _8 A+ J. @-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
" Y9 F( a+ w1 s+ R7 C-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
1 d, T7 D6 M# R% J' _" ~% c0 l5 R-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
1 L# ^1 F9 K8 \0 N-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
5 s0 w3 b/ k4 n( Z! D4 Y; p6 j5 j6 c-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
