Responsibilities:
1 [! u2 L/ Z9 b0 Y4 R7 r7 Y- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
' w4 M7 u' s, `' O- Recruit children for summer program
1 r; Z) b0 P) d1 }- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
: G; J9 S# ^* H/ t) r/ {5 _( Y- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

% Q4 X1 F7 q2 {( L; ZQualifications:

, g- N7 O  k9 d* |1 W# }) S- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
/ X. N% Q( y7 l& `- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
6 W, P4 s7 U7 c& u) Y5 k! g3 p- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
: L- s: q: |0 J- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
0 ]7 X3 ^2 K" L6 }1 |6 H- m$ Q- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
/ v1 I+ I. N( D; E2 t" U- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
