- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
) z  M5 j$ @2 \6 w9 u$ {/ A, [9 Q( d- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
1 v! |% W! y; c# P- Prepare final report for funding agency

$ }+ b1 t4 K1 a( GQualifications:
& @' j% \6 z4 y* n- w
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
3 H* w/ |- G5 J9 B8 y- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
  f+ r- Z! z" f  ^8 l) \- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
% d/ B6 {. u: a- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
& r1 a! P9 k% O7 N' m- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary

- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
