Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
Date        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
* r! P& G) O& `Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
* f% l" y7 I5 |; _; f+ y- W2 MPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
. V& ~1 `( |" Y2 I; i. r2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
% x; o: R& ]) q9 O' Z3 `& `3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

% N' W1 M9 q8 u, l+ TWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
