Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
: p1 I9 ]% F5 n* XPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
# o# F9 V% s9 l4 SFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
) b! h* T) Y* I% ?/ ~Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
/ @, C' k- o/ A& t5 x2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
, j9 m4 j. O( l3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
* f' g0 s0 M  S7 I* a4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
# C1 J) D! K& Y. e. l6 o' u5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
- i3 I/ m( m. A* l1 N6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

8 y! W% f  S' [* z5 `2 }9 fWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
