Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
$ k: ]7 C5 Q- y0 C: D3 Z+ ?Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
7 M9 U" N$ `6 E0 k1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
: F' e8 d3 `; _* z5 }: H* X" ?1 j/ N2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
  R2 F% w* U. s/ o4 H% v( j7 n3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
% l1 r) b: w: ~+ b0 b, X5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
