Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
; m4 H: ~6 A! L1 l8 B1 B1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
+ W' g7 \1 m: F2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

1 Q9 ?1 z& L3 A/ A& i, qWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
