% `+ W  M. r( i1 I8 yKey Responsibilities:
) R" w0 x$ i4 X' k0 @ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
5 |% E! \1 @* A To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
! v  S2 C; }( \ To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
, |1 j/ u9 ~* ~, v3 A 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
) {/ v7 k4 ~2 z2 U* p% f2 B& j Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
0 X  H' K: i! r# r Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
